- £35,000 per annum
- 5 out of 7 days per week

Duties
- Plan, prepare, and cook menu items as directed by the Sous/Head Chef.
- Assist in menu development, incorporating new food trends and service styles.
- Support stock taking and maintain efficient operation of your section.
- Lead the kitchen team in the absence of the Sous/Head Chef.
- Prepare mis en place and place orders as needed.
- Ensure prompt and exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations.
- Collaborate as a team player and provide support to colleagues.
- Train and guide Commis Chefs in food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Participate in personal and professional development through training sessions.
- Act as a positive ambassador, upholding company values and fulfilling client requests.
Experience
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a similar role
- Culinary Arts degree or equivalent professional qualification is preferred
- Proficiency in a range of cooking techniques and styles
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Passion for cooking and a commitment to high culinary standards
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
Desirable:
- Professional cookery L2 and L3 or equivalent
- Food hygiene L3 or higher
