We’re embarking on a period of ambitious change within our Care Services at Jewish Care and we want you to help us deliver it.

We provide health and social care services for the Jewish community, and we’re proud to say that we touch the lives of 10,000 people every week.

We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager with knowledge of the health and social care sector to join the Jewish Care team on a 12-month fixed term contract. You’ll be responsible for helping deliver and monitor change across our care homes so we can optimise our services for the people who rely on us.

You’ll have experience of delivering and embedding change within a health and social care setting whilst working with a variety of stakeholders and project teams. You’ll be passionate about care, a ‘doer’ and an effective communicator. You’ll excel at being able to balance a big-picture perspective with a focus on operational delivery.

We’ll want you to:

  • Support the core project team in delivering agreed change and identifying key areas of implementation
  • Act as the key interface between the project team and operations, sharing feedback and progress with the project team
  • Engage with key stakeholders and ensure their views are represented in all stages of the implementation
  • Support in the creation and delivery of documentation and training that will embed new ways of working
  • Review plans and approaches, feeding back and challenging where required
