RA Venues is looking for a reliable and organised Storeperson to join our team on a permanent casual basis at the Royal Armouries Museum. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the management, storage and movement of stock and equipment across the museum, helping us to deliver first-class service for our events, hospitality and day-to-day operations.
About the role
You’ll play a key part in ensuring our stock and equipment are well-maintained and available when needed. Duties to include:
- Receiving, checking, and storing deliveries
- Moving stock and equipment across the venue as required
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or issues
- Conducting weekly stock-takes
- Ensuring storage areas are kept safe, clean, and organised
- Following all Health & Safety and manual handling procedures
About you
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Availability to work 5 days out of 7
- Reliable, punctual and highly organised
- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and moving equipment
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experienced in a stores, stock or logistics role (desirable)
