This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a business that leads the market in seasonal innovation, core range strength, and supplier collaboration. As a Buyer, you’ll work with some of the best suppliers in the UK and Europe to source and select products that are commercially strong, customer-focused, and aligned with our brand values.
You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining supplier relationships, negotiating to deliver great value while ensuring the highest standards of quality. Working closely with our Product Development teams, you’ll stay ahead of food trends and see opportunities to innovate and evolve our ranges.
You’ll also collaborate with key teams across supply chain, marketing, range & display, and store operations to ensure successful launches and promotions that excite and inspire our customers.

What you’ll do
- Drive sales and profit in line with operating plan budgets
- Drive market share performance
- Lead relationship with suppliers through effective commercial management
- Prepare and agree category plan with Management Team through analysis of customer insight, sales and trends
- Set effective range strategies to optimise selling format and product choice, understanding space requirements
