Zenith Global are the central team, primarily based in London, supporting our local Zenith markets, leading new business efforts, developing thought-leadership, and driving network development for our 250 offices across 95 countries with over 8,000 staff worldwide.

Job Description

We are looking for an Ad Tech Director who possesses a combination of strong analytic, problem solving and client facing skills, married to deep technical knowledge of advertising, retail media and commerce technology platforms. You should be someone who is a strong communicator and team player who demonstrates passion and curiosity in their approach. The role requires the ability to seamlessly support the Zenith Global team with ad tech enabled solutions and services.

Key requirements:

Ad Tech Vendor Strategy

  • Gathering Business Intelligence/Insights on varied ad tech platforms to ensure strong knowledge within agency teams and clients leveraging internal and external sources
  • Conducting research across clients tech stacks to develop ad tech strategic initiative opportunities and requirements (vendor testing, product testing, etc.)
  • Develop Ad tech roadmaps for our clients transformation agendas and maximising value of chosen ad tech platforms

Ad Tech Vendor Governance

  • Scaling ad tech vendor best practice/guidance materials across local market teams and escalating related questions and feedback
  • Facilitating global ad tech vendor-specific based on clients needs

Ad Tech Vendor Configuration and Strategy

  • Lead ad tech platform architecture and integration with client chosen mar tech, retail media and commerce technologies
  • Support Performance Hub enhancing advertising technology solutions for performance campaigns across commerce, retail, search, social and

Ad Tech Vendor Maintenance

  • Together with ad ops and activation teams ensure best practise are leveraged to maximise impact and value of chosen ad technology platforms
  • Support on boarding of clients and agency team members


  • Deliver innovative data and tech consultancy with Global Data lead and Managing Partner across EMEA and ROW ensuring future readiness of our clients organisations
  • Support on new business, providing direction on responses for data and tech responses with Managing Partner



To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Proven experience in ad tech and digital strategy
  • Experience in ad ops and digital activation across global platforms
  • Deep understanding of Google Marketing Platform technologies
  • Strong understanding of identity, retail and commerce platforms
  • Experience with cloud data bases and CDPs is a plus  
  • Strong understanding how regulations like CCPA and GDPR are impacting these marketing channels
  • Understanding of the role identity plans in media and experience creating proposals and SOWs that showcase tenants of how identity drives media efficacy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and problem solving skills
  • Extensive experience in ad tech, with a strong focus on cross device and omnichannel consumer experience, and client facing experience
