Overview
Some exciting opportunities have arisen to join our software sales Account Development & Sales Development teams based in our Manchester offices.
These roles are important as you'll be responsible for securing new logo customers or account managing existing customer accounts by selling new products to generate additional sales revenue.
What will you be doing?
Your day-to-day tasks will typically involve the following:
Account Development Executive
- Implementing outbound call campaigns with existing IRIS customers
- Creating new sales pipeline with existing customers through telephone-based activity
- Meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets
- Working proactively with marketing offering ideas for call/e-shot campaigns to generate new sales opportunities with existing customers
- Working closely with the sales team to deliver the ‘wider team goal’
- Identifying new business opportunities for yourself
- Handling inbound sales calls from customers who wish to discuss additional products
- Achieving agreed KPI’s as directed by your manager
- Updating and cleansing the customer database with key marketing and competitor information
- Recruiting attendees for customer events and providing pre- and post-event follow-up support.
