We are recruiting for a National A&A Performance Manager to join the fantastic team in our Tarmac Head Office at Solihull, Birmingham.

In the role of National A&A Performance Manager you will act as the business unit expert for all aspects of performance relating to A&A operations to deliver year on year performance improvement across the Business Unit. This role will also be responsible for:

  • Supporting the relevant teams to ensure that operations deliver on their commitments as well as ensuring that new product developments are progressed

  • A key focus is to ensure that operational development and action plans are kept on track and that a long-term sustainable focus is applied consistently across the regional businesses

  • Focus on using detailed analytics and digital tools to raise the capability in the business and ensure consistent high standards and continuous improvement for operations

  • You will also develop the tools and techniques required by the Business Unit, such as assistance with design, training, roll-out and embedding of initiatives and ensuring best practice is shared across the regions

The ideal candidate for the role of National A&A Performance Manager will have experience of:

  • Degree preferred or proven expertise in managing performance on a large scale

  • Successful experience delivering business plans through multiple teams and managing a variety of stakeholders

  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and develop relationships through collaboration

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Strategic mindset and proven analytical skills to target correct opportunities and monitor progress

  • Good IT literacy with data analytics expertise

  • Excellent organisation skills and a real drive to achieve results

  • Cultivates innovation
