Order Picker – Venus, Tottenham – Venus Wines

Location: London, London, N17 0UT

Shift Hours: 40 hrs per week (Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00)

We are looking for a reliable and efficient Order Picker to join our team at Venus Wine & Spirit Merchants based at our Tottenham Depot. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, preparing products for dispatch, and helping to ensure our deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and to the high standards expected by our customers.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business within the wine and spirits industry and gain experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position working Monday to Friday, with shifts typically scheduled between 10:00am and 7:00pm. Flexibility may be required to meet operational demands.

The role is expected to commence during the week beginning 9 November 2026 and will end on 8 January 2027.

  • Pick and process orders from our electronic picking system
  • Ensure orders are accurate
  • Stack items correctly for delivery
  • Operate handling equipment and ensure safety regulations are followed
  • Carry out stock replenishments
  • Ensure warehouse goals are met
  • Maintain a high level of health and safety standards
  • Shrink wrap products to pallets
  • Perform other general warehouse duties as needed
  • Preferably previous experience working in a warehouse 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Ability to lift heavy objects 
  • Experience handling of electric pump trucks 
  • Positive attitude 
  • Self-Motivated; active 
  • Safety conscious 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Good communication skills; good spoken and written English 
  • Ability to work well both in a team and alone
