Location: Amazon Dub 14, Burlington Road, Dublin 4

Rate of pay: €18.50 per hour

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 7:00-15:00, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of a busy workplace dining environment, delivering breakfast, lunch and hospitality services for 250–280 covers per day, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation and customer experience.
  • Lead, manage and develop a team of 9, ensuring effective deployment, engagement and high performance across all service periods.
  • Act as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring all contractual commitments and service expectations are consistently achieved.
  • Take full accountability for site operations, including QHSE compliance, food safety, health & safety, hygiene standards, audits and regulatory requirements. 
  • Manage rotas, labour planning and resource allocation to ensure efficient staffing levels and seamless service delivery.
  • Oversee ordering, stock management and supplier relationships, ensuring cost control, availability and minimal wastage.
  • Drive excellence in food presentation, hospitality delivery and service standards across all areas of the business.
  • Monitor financial performance, including labour, food costs and budgets, identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and profitability.
  • Ensure all operational procedures, compliance requirements and company standards are consistently maintained across the site.
  • Produce regular operational and performance reports, providing updates to both the client and senior leadership team.
