About the role
Do you enjoy being the person who keeps everything running behind the scenes?
We’re looking for an organised, proactive and adaptable Senior Business Officer to join our Registration Service. Working across our offices in Cambridge, Huntingdon and Ely, you’ll provide the operational support that keeps one of Cambridgeshire’s busiest frontline services running smoothly.
From producing certificates and preparing ceremony paperwork to supporting citizenship ceremonies and liaising with the General Register Office, you’ll play an essential role in helping colleagues deliver an outstanding service to our customers.
You’ll also become part of a team that’s proud of the culture we’ve created. We believe in One Service – working together, supporting one another and always being willing to lend a hand. We know that the best service for our customers starts with looking after each other, sharing knowledge and creating an environment where everyone feels valued, supported and encouraged to develop.
We don’t believe in “that’s not my job” – we believe in asking “how can I help?”
