About the department:

We have an established and dedicated team of 600 employees within our Asset Management department.

Our team prides itself on investing in our own people to deliver first class property-based services across the Group, covering a broad range of disciplines from reactive, planned and grounds maintenance to property refurbishments, estate services, building safety and compliance.

Role information:

As Estate Services Planner, you will work closely with operatives to help plan and allocate work needed within our gardening and caretaker teams. You will act as first point of contact for queries and give clear advice and explanation of works that are needed.

You will also liaise with Customer Service Advisors for follow up queries and to relay problems to the Regional Supervisor and/or Assistant Manager if needed.

You will have good organisational and customer service skills and a clear attention to detail as you will work closely with team members.

You will be comfortable working with spreadsheets and keeping clear, concise and accurate records.
