Rate of Pay: £40,000 per annum
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, )Availability from 6am – 4:30pm – Overtime may be required due to events)
Location: London, EC1Y 8LZ
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and service
- Operate within a CPU model, with small amounts of on-site preparation
- Prepare cold food items on site and maintain full HACCP control and responsibilities
- Manage, train, and motivate kitchen staff
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Maintain compliance with UK food hygiene, health and safety regulations
- Control stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Monitor budgets, food costs, and waste reduction
- Plan menus to meet customer and business needs
- Implement cleaning schedules and allergen controls
- Ensure equipment is maintained and faults are reported promptly
- Support recruitment, rota management, and staff performance management
