THE ROLE
As a Visual Merchandiser, you will need energy, enthusiasm and tenacity. Your role will involve balancing store launches and daily operations while elevating the in store shopping experience for our customers through excellent store standards. We want someone who is excited by fashion and wants to inspire each and every one of our store teams to understand the importance of visual merchandising.
Your day to day will be spent executing visual merchandising layouts with quick reaction to trade, perfecting store standards through good planning and communication collaborating with the brand leader.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Ensure the Brand integrity of the Company is reflected at all times.
- Responsible for ensuring the in-store environment is up to standard at all times throughout the day.
- Walk windows every morning and ensure they are clean, steamed and styled correctly.
- Work on floor plans prior to floorset execution alongside the Visual Manager and Brand Leader.
- Partners closely with the Visual Manager to ensure effective execution of launches
- Partner with Visual Manager and Brand Leader to interpret and execute visual directions.
- Support with management of zero sellers, execution of recalls and any promotional /markdown activity.
- Help to deliver training to the store team on visual standards and product knowledge

ABOUT THE LOCATION
Our Regent Street flagship store in London’s West End has been open since 2010 and usually trades from 10:00am – 20:00pm (subject to seasonal change). As well as leading our global number one store, our team enjoy sharing their interests in music from a variety of different cultures. Store Location. Located in TFL zone one and approximately a five minute journey from Oxford Circus station.
