Overview
What You’ll Do:
– Embed Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) principles across our services.
– Carry your own caseload and lead on behaviour assessments and intervention planning.
– Collect and analyse behavioural data to inform person-centred strategies.
– Design and implement PBS plans that reduce challenging behaviours and restraint while improving quality of life.
– Support teams through training, coaching, and workshops to build confidence and skills.
– Facilitate consultations and collaborative planning using tools like SBARD.
– Monitor and review interventions, attend MDT and core team meetings, and compile detailed reports.
– Champion Human Rights-based approaches and lead on Reducing Restrictive Practice initiatives.
– Support transitions for individuals joining our services and contribute to service needs assessments.
What We’re Looking For:
– Level 4 PBS qualification (or equivalent).
– Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering PBS and managing caseloads.
– Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
– Ability to work autonomously and inspire positive change.
