Brooksby Hall is a beautiful events venue nestled in the Leicestershire countryside, now proudly part of the Loughborough College Group.
We host a wide range of commercial events including weddings, proms, conferences, and Sunday lunches — and we’re looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our team.
As Commercial Waiting and Event Staff, you’ll work alongside our Events Manager and Coordinators to deliver exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests and assisting with seating
- Setting up and clearing down event spaces
- Serving food, drinks, and canapés
- Supporting bar service (optional)
- Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the event
- Following event plans and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
We want someone friendly, professional, and flexible—able to work evenings, weekends, and busy event times. You should be a great team player who follows instructions well. While hospitality experience is a bonus, it’s not essential.
