Job Description
We are currently on the lookout for a personable and customer focused Welcome Host to join our large team based at the offices of a world-renowned law firm in the city as they embark on an exciting journey to a brand-new workplace.
Overall, our front of house team looks after all duties related to the reception and meeting room services at the location, and our team of Welcome Hosts are predominantly based in the main entrance where they serve as the first point of contact, defining the first impressions guests and visitors.
They set the tone with a friendly welcome, proactive approach and genuine passion for creating meaningful working relationships. This role calls for someone who is constantly on the move, ready to help wherever needed, while maintaining a calm and approachable presence.
This role is a standing role & requires proactive lobby hosting providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for colleagues and visitors. With this in mind, applicants should be comfortable to stand for long periods.
Hours: 40 hours per week, with shifts between 7am-10pm. Monday-Friday.
Salary: £32,000
Qualifications
The successful candidate will be outgoing and friendly, with a passion for customer services. They will also maintain a professional appearance and possess the ability to communicate clearly and effectively via all mediums.
While experience in a law firm is a bonus, it’s not essential — what matters most is the successful candidate’s ability to relate with people and deliver a consistently high standard of service.
This is a physically demanding role, and you’ll be expected to be on your feet for most of the working day, working closely alongside our team to aid the flow and energy of the space.
If you hold an SIA licence, that’s a welcome bonus, but not a requirement.
Previous experience of working within a high-end customer service environment is essential.
