Join Foundever as a Customer Onboarding Specialist to provide meaningful experiences and knowledge to customers through hands-on walkthroughs, demonstrations, and setup of QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities

 

  • Conduct structured onboarding sessions (two 45-min sessions, one optional 30-min session), advanced feature sessions, and new strategic engagements within the first 60 days to drive product proficiency
  • Facilitate QuickBooks setup, review dashboards, and walk customers through core workflows (e.g., managing expenses/income) to build confidence and ensure adoption
  • Correct SKU setup and ensure alignment with customer product goals
  •  Proactively guide customers to self-serve resources and the QuickBooks Digital Assistant for ongoing product support beyond onboarding

Qualifications

 

  • Recent working knowledge of QuickBooks Online required
  • Proven experience in the customer service industry, preferably with involvement of an advisory role
  • Active listening and clear explanations to instill customer confidence
  • Supportive and solution-oriented mindset, especially for customers who may find learning new systems challenging
  • Rapidly develop proficiency with QBO functionality for accurate setup and demonstration
  • Ability to teach and assign tasks to promote practice and mastery
  •  Highly organized to manage multiple customer engagements in strict timeframes
  • Strong initiative for scheduling, follow-up, and ensuring program outcomes
  • Ability to learn new products and quickly adapt to new features/updates
  • Experience with or interest in basic financial concepts related to bookkeeping/payroll/Accounting 101

Location Requirements

 

  • This position is hybrid, with 2 days at home and 3 days in office at The Well: 8 Spadina Ave, Suite 1900, Toronto, ON M5V 0S8
  • A hardwired connection with an internet Speed of 10.0 Mbps download speed and 5.0 Mbps upload speed is required in your work at home space, which must also be quiet and distraction-free
